Marketing Manager - 3 Brands

? Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

? Experience: 2–5 years

? CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA, depending on experience and capability.

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing and growth across three businesses in the heart of Koramangala:

? Events & Rooftop Space

This is an exciting chance for someone who enjoys strategy + execution and wants to take ownership of marketing across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Growth

- Develop and execute marketing strategies across all 3 brands.
- Drive lead generation, enquiries, tours, bookings, memberships and revenue.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

- Digital Marketing

- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Manage SEO, local search and Google Business Profiles.
- Track campaign performance, CPL, CAC, conversions and ROI.
- Optimise campaigns based on actual business results.

- Social Media and Content

- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars, reels, photos, offers, promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinate content creators, designers, photographers or freelancers when required.
- Basic design and copywriting skills are a big plus.

4. Partnerships & Offline Marketing

- Build partnerships with startups, corporates, communities, local businesses, creators and event organisers.
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, events and collaborations.
- Identify opportunities to increase local visibility and footfall in Koramangala.

- F&B; & Events Marketing

- Create campaigns and promotions to increase F&B; sales and event bookings.
- Develop packages, offers and collaborations.
- Support new launches, experiences and special events.

6. Analytics & Reporting





- Track leads from different marketing channels.
- Measure conversions and marketing-generated revenue.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and identify what is working and what needs improvement.

7. Vendor & Budget Management

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate agencies, freelancers and external vendors when required.

What we are looking for:

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and social media.
- Experience with lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with Canva/basic content creation.
- Analytical, creative and commercially minded.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible, hands-on and willing to execute rather than only delegate.
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, F&B;, real estate, events or consumer businesses is a plus.

You don't need to be an expert in everything. We can use specialist freelancers/agencies for advanced design, photography, video, SEO or performance marketing when required.
