The role owns campaign delivery, brand consistency, digital performance, agency coordination, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities Marketing planning and campaign execution - Prepare campaign plans, briefs, timelines, and channel-wise deliverables aligned with business and sales priorities.

- Manage campaign rollouts across digital, print, on-site, event, and promotional channels.
- Coordinate campaign inputs with Sales, CRM, Planning, and project teams.
- Track delivery against approved timelines and budgets, and resolve execution gaps promptly. Brand and content management - Maintain consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Review and approve campaign creatives, brochures, site branding, social media content, and customer communications.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure project information and marketing claims are factually verified before release.
- Conduct periodic brand reviews and correct deviations from approved guidelines. Digital marketing and lead generation - Manage digital campaigns across relevant platforms and coordinate execution with agencies and media partners.
- Monitor lead flow, campaign reach, engagement, cost per lead, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams to support accurate lead distribution and follow-up.

- Provide transparent recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and brand visibility. Agency vendor and team coordination - Brief and manage creative, digital, media, photography, videography, and event partners.
