As we expand into Kochi, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing efforts in the region.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will own the planning and execution of our marketing initiatives - from brand campaigns and digital marketing to project launches and on-ground activations. You'll work closely with creative agencies, media partners and the sales team to build awareness, generate quality leads and strengthen the Signature Dwellings brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute integrated marketing and branding campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and on-ground channels
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and to brief
- Manage digital marketing, including social media, performance campaigns and lead generation
- Plan and oversee outdoor advertising (hoardings, site branding) and promotional activities
- Plan and coordinate property launches, events, site activations and brand experiences




- Monitor campaign performance, track leads and ROI, and report insights to management
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines and deadlines across multiple projects
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with sales goals

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of independently driving multiple campaigns
- Solid communication, coordination and vendor management skills
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, ATL/BTL and outdoor advertising
- Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate marketing is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the Kerala/Kochi market and Malayalam proficiency is a plus
