We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and proactive Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing activities, generating leads, building brand visibility, and supporting the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate and manage leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Develop content ideas for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and analyse performance metrics.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Assist in planning promotional activities, events, and business development initiatives.
- Work with designers, video editors, agencies, or other external partners when required.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
- Identify new opportunities to improve brand awareness,



customer engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with lead generation and campaign management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in B2B, recruitment, events, hospitality, international business, or service-based companies will be preferred.
