About the Role

Conbun is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across relevant channels.





Robust understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, branding, customer acquisition, and digital channels.

Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement initiatives.

Manage social media, content, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and customer segments.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies based on business objectives.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor analysis.

Creative and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
