Role Description This is a full-time, remote Marketing Internship for a duration of 3 months and is unpaid. The intern will assist in executing marketing initiatives that support college partnerships and admission growth, including preparing campaign materials and supporting outreach activities.

Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research on engineering colleges, competitors, and student demographics, as well as collecting and organizing data for reports. The intern will help draft basic marketing content for emails, social media, and presentations, and support communication with prospective partners under guidance from senior team members. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders,



maintaining documentation of marketing efforts, and contributing ideas to improve marketing strategy and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze target audiences and support the planning of marketing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales understanding to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and partner relationship support.
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work independently in a remote workplace.
- Comfort with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online communication platforms); familiarity with social media for professional use is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with strong interest in marketing are encouraged to apply.
