relai. is a PropTech startup rebuilding how people buy homes in India — cutting through misinformation with RERA-verified listings, builder track-record checks, flood-risk and groundwater analysis, and 60+ data points on every property we recommend. We're not a typical real estate brand — we're building the category's trust layer.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Intern to work hands-on across content creation, community management, and day-to-day content operations for relai. — with exposure to broader marketing execution along the way. This is a generalist internship for someone who wants to learn quick and do real work that goes live, not shadow from the sidelines.

You'll work directly with the marketing team on:

- Content creation — writing and producing content for our WhatsApp community, our WhatsApp broadcast channel, social media, and other customer-facing touchpoints. This includes appearing on camera in our content — you'll be in front of the lens, not just behind the scenes.
- Community management — helping keep our homebuyer community engaged, retained, and referring — replying, moderating, and spotting what resonates.
- Content management — scripting and ideating content, and helping run our digital handles (social media and other channels) day to day.
- General marketing support — jumping into whatever the team needs: campaign support, research, coordination with design/freelancers, and other ad hoc marketing tasks.

What You'll Do

- Create original content grounded in relai.'s own data and service — not generic real estate market news — including appearing on camera for video content (reels, explainers, community-facing videos)
- Script and ideate content across formats, and help run relai.'s digital handles day to day




- Help manage and grow engagement in relai.'s WhatsApp homebuyer community and broadcast channel
- Support planning and execution of the content calendar across community, social, and other channels
- Draft and coordinate content for campaigns, launches, and events
- Track what's working (engagement, replies, shares) and share a weekly read on what to double down on
- Support the Head of Marketing on other marketing initiatives as they come up — with room to take on more ownership as you prove yourself

What We're Looking For

- Recent graduates, or students available full-time and on-site for the internship period — no prior work experience needed; college clubs, freelance work, or your own content (a page, channel, or blog) count
- Comfortable and confident on camera — this role includes appearing in relai.'s content
- Strong writing skills — can adapt tone across a WhatsApp community post, a social caption, and a customer-facing message
- Comfortable engaging people online: posting, replying, moderating, and building rapport in a community
- Organized — can keep a content calendar on track and juggle multiple things without them falling through
- Genuinely curious about real estate, startups, or PropTech (or willing to get there fast)
- Bonus: experience with WhatsApp community/broadcast tools, basic design tools (Canva), basic video editing, or running a social media page (even your own)
