After chasing brokers, navigating fake listings, and locking up lakhs in deposits, most renters settle because the system leaves them no real choice. Helium is a rental platform for gated homes, where your security deposit is linked to your credit score. Under the hood, we run two fintech products, a rent guarantee for homeowners and a credit led deposit solution for tenants.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our founding team. In this role, you will support brand building, content creation, and campaign execution as we grow Helium's presence among homeowners and renters. You'll work closely with the founders and get hands-on exposure to building a marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Own the thinking, strategising, and execution of content, including video/footage that can be shot and worked on, along with social media posts, blogs, and marketing collateral to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Helium's presence across social platforms,



including our Google Business/Ads presence and Instagram, covering planning, scheduling, and posting content.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, tracking performance along the way.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the growth, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience.
- Reporting: Track and report on marketing metrics such as engagement, reach, and campaign performance.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and good aesthetic sense.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
