Our AI does all of it, and negotiates rates up to a ceiling the broker sets. We're a funded SaaS: money in the bank, negligible marketing so far. That's where you come in.

WHY SMALL IS THE POINT

At a big company you'd be Intern #47, making decks nobody opens.

Here you'd be our first marketing person. Not first marketing intern. First marketing anything.

Your post goes live in week one. A real broker in Ohio reads your cold email. If it works, you'll know by Friday. If it doesn't, you'll know by Friday too.

You'll sit in on customer calls, see the real numbers, and watch a company go from "who?" to "oh, them."

Most people wait years for that. You'd get it in month one.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO

- Build Layerr's voice on LinkedIn from zero: posts, founder content, maybe video
- Write cold emails and landing pages a busy freight broker actually reads
- Map a huge, weird industry: who buys, what they care about, where they hang out
- Turn customer wins into stories
- Run experiments. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does.

FRESHERS ONLY. I MEAN IT.

Five years of experience? Not for you, sorry.

I want someone who hasn't learned the "corporate way" yet. Who thinks a good idea should ship today.



Who knows what makes people stop scrolling, because you're the one scrolling.

2025 or 2026 grad, any degree. Marketing degree optional. Taste isn't.

WHAT I'M PUTTING ON THE TABLE

No ping-pong table. This instead:

? Stipend: high. Deliberately. I'll tell you the exact number on our first call. I'd rather you apply for the work and be surprised by the money than the other way round.

? Full time offer + equity after 6 months if we're good together. Owner, not staff.

? Remote-first. Hostel, parents' place, café. We care about what ships, not when you log in.

? Laptop budget on day one.

? Learning budget for courses, books, tools. No approval forms.

? Weekly 1:1 with me. Not a manager. Me.

✍️ Public credit for everything you ship.

? A founder's recommendation at the end, whatever you do next.

? Zero "intern work." No formatting someone else's deck.
