We are looking for a sharp, highly autonomous Digital Marketing Intern to join Focus Realm Marketing and take direct ownership of our digital lead generation and brand awareness.
Role Details

- Compensation: Unpaid for the first 3 months

What You Will Do
- LinkedIn Marketing: Craft highly targeted, authoritative B2B content aimed at Hotel HR Directors, General Managers, and Founders to generate Sales Qualified Leads.
- Google Ads Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns to capture high-intent traffic searching for hospitality training and SOP solutions.
- Instagram & Social Media Marketing: Design and execute visual campaigns that communicate our "Strategic Minimalism" approach and build our brand presence across platforms.
- Cross-Channel Strategy: Work directly with the founding team (Sehej, Ali, and Aditya)
to align your social media output with our overall sales funnel and Go-To-Market objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- A solid, practical understanding of B2B social media marketing, specifically LinkedIn algorithms and Instagram growth strategies.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads, keyword targeting, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write crisp, engaging content without relying on generic marketing jargon.
- A highly self-motivated individual who thrives in a adaptable, remote environment and requires zero micromanagement.
