Head of Marketing MAHIR

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own MAHIRs complete marketing function from brand building and content to customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute MAHIR’s overall marketing and growth strategy.
- Drive customer acquisition, activation and retention.
- Build MAHIR’s brand across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, SEO and other channels.
- Lead content, performance marketing, influencer/creator partnerships and campaigns.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels with transparent CAC, conversion and ROI targets.
- Conduct customer and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Sales and Founders to drive business growth.
- Build and manage the marketing team, agencies and external partners.




- Track marketing performance through data and continuously improve results.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of proven marketing/growth experience.
- Fintech/financial services experience is an advantage.
