Position: Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to support our day-to-day marketing activities, social media management, client communication, content creation, research, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, including regular posting and updates.
- Plan and execute social media content as per the marketing calendar.
- Create and coordinate LinkedIn posts, captions, creatives, and other social media content.
- Prepare regular updates for clients on work completed, ongoing activities, campaign performance, and upcoming deliverables.
- Assist in planning, setting up, and monitoring Meta / Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct market, competitor, industry, and audience research to support marketing strategies.
- Write and edit marketing content for social media, websites, presentations, emails, and other communication requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, content, and performance marketing to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain content calendars,



campaign trackers, and marketing reports.
- Stay updated with relevant digital marketing trends, LinkedIn trends, content formats, and industry developments.
- Support the team in executing marketing campaigns and other strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of Meta / Google Ads Manager and digital advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive content writing and research skills.
- Ability to prepare professional client updates and reports.
- Positive understanding of marketing fundamentals and social media trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva and basic marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
