About the Role

Tesla Scans and Health Care is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Staff to join our team in Chalakudy. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in healthcare marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the diagnostic and healthcare services offered by the organization.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop professional relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and support referral development.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, healthcare professionals, and clients.
- Explain available diagnostic services and facilities to potential clients and referral partners.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Conduct local marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Collect market information and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Support the team in achieving monthly marketing and business-development targets.
- Maintain records of daily visits, leads, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, visits,



and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Any Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare marketing, field marketing, sales, or business development will have an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
