Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Satna.

The Marketing

Executive will develop and implement marketing plans to promote solar solutions across target customer segments, coordinate campaigns, and support brand-building activities. Daily tasks include conducting local market research, identifying potential customers, generating leads,



and collaborating closely with the sales team to convert opportunities. The role involves creating and managing marketing materials, assisting in events and promotions, and maintaining consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The Marketing

Executive will track campaign performance, provide regular reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to achieve business growth in the Satna region.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competition, and local solar trends.
- Effective communication skills for presentations, customer interactions, and coordination with internal teams.
- Experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
- General marketing knowledge, including branding, promotions, and basic digital or social media marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Satna, manage field activities, and travel locally as required.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented, ethical approach to work.
