Job Overview

PS Collaborations is looking for a confident and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell B2B software solutions to startups, MSMEs, and growing businesses. The role involves direct client interaction, field visits, lead generation, product presentations, follow-ups, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
- Promote and explain software solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
- Generate, follow up, and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and field visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into customers.




- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily activity, lead, and client follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements
- Any Graduate; freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-based role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
