Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute the company’s marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads through various marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support digital marketing activities, email marketing, website content, and online promotions.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing activities.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and business development activities.
- Follow up on marketing leads and maintain accurate records of campaign and lead performance.
- Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, agencies, and other business partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences,



and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Support the Marketing and sale team in implementing the overall marketing strategy and achieving business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. And Any degree candidates also welcome
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Creative thinking with a customer-focused approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.

- Number and quality of leads generated.
- Marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Social media and digital marketing performance.

- Timely execution of marketing campaigns and activities.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
