Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, online research, referrals, and other sources.

Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

Explain company services professionally and handle initial client queries.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Qualify leads and coordinate with the senior team for further discussions and conversions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status.

Research target companies, industries, and potential clients to identify new opportunities.

Achieve assigned lead generation, calling, and business development targets.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handling.

Prepare basic reports related to lead generation, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Stay updated about market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related role.

MBA is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong client-handling and convincing abilities.

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound communication.

Good lead-generation and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet research.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
