Location : Hybrid, with 3 in-office meetings a month in Gurugram Duration : 6 months, with possibility of extension

Stipend : INR 15,000 per month

About Nural

Nural builds enterprise SaaS for sales, service and asset operations: Nural Sales (DMS, ISP, SFA), Nural Service and Nural Assets. Brands including Motorola, Sony, Kohler, Fiserv and Nothing run on Nural, and we sell across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Oceania. Launched in 2020, we're a small in-house marketing team working alongside a content and SEO agency, and we ship a lot.

The role

You'll own the day-to-day execution of our marketing so the team can stay focused on strategy and pipeline. This is a hands-on role across email, video, media assets, campaign planning, tracking, reporting and the website. You will ship real work from week one, and you will see exactly how it performs.

What you'll do

- Email and newsletter. Build and send product spotlight emails, set up nurture sequences, and put together the monthly Nural newsletter.
- Product walkthrough videos. Record screen walkthroughs of our products from a script, and handle light edits and captions.
- Tracking hygiene. Create UTM links for every campaign, check that tags and tracking are live on landing and signup pages, and flag leads with the wrong source tag.
- Website support. Help coordinate with developers and the agency during our website rebuild. Publish updates and check pages against our brand guidelines before they go live.
- Media assets.



Create product and campaign assets as needed, such as visuals, banners, creatives and short videos, to support the Nural design team.
- Campaign planning. Help plan new campaigns around each quarter's product focus, covering audience, channels, offers and messaging.
- Vendors and tools. Chase quotes, set up accounts (for example, WhatsApp Business) and keep follow-ups from the weekly marketing sync moving.
- Reporting. Pull numbers from GA4, Looker Studio, our ad accounts and agency reports, and cross-check them so the weekly and monthly marketing reports hold up.

What we're looking for

- A final-year student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- Explicit, confident written English. You'll write emails, posts and briefs that go out under the Nural name.
- Organised, with strong follow-through. You close loops without being chased.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and a design tool such as Canva or Figma, and happy to learn GA4 and email platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, writing and asset creation
- Curious about B2B SaaS and how buyers make decisions.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform or screen-recording and video-editing tools
- A portfolio with links to your work, or a blog or social presence that shows how you write.
