Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with aviation and hospitality clients, and promote Jetstream International’s full range of services, including trip support, charter brokerage, and travel solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance, updating CRM records, and providing accurate reports and market feedback to management.

Executive will represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and relevant networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidate must be based in India and legally eligible to work in India.
- Minimum 2 years of proven marketing experience in the aviation industry is mandatory, with experience in areas such as flight support,



trip support, ground handling, FBO services, charter brokerage, flight permits, aircraft handling, airline services, or related aviation operations.
- Bachelor’s degree / Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Communications, or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns for aviation, airlines, charter companies, private aviation, FBOs, travel companies, or related businesses.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to generate brand awareness, qualified leads, and new business opportunities.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills for LinkedIn, website content, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar marketing platforms will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and AI content creation is an advantage.
- Robust communication, presentation, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, monitor industry trends, analyze campaign performance, and prepare marketing reports.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with Sales, Operations, and Management teams.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally for client meetings, aviation exhibitions, industry events, and business development activities as required.
- Candidates without a minimum of 2 years of relevant aviation industry marketing experience will not be considered.
