About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to boost our brand visibility, generate marketing-qualified B2B leads, and promote our services: AI Data Annotation, Data Collection, BPO/ITES, Software Development, Website Development & Mobile Applications.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital campaigns to generate B2B leads
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Google & social platforms
- Create marketing content: posts, creatives, presentations, brochures, case studies & emails
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support LinkedIn marketing and targeted outreach
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Provide qualified leads and support to the BDE team
- Track campaign performance, engagement & conversions
- Prepare regular marketing reports
- Support website content updates and basic SEO
- Coordinate with designers, content teams & departments
- Explore current digital platforms and channels for promotion

Requirements




- 2+ years in Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing or Lead Generation
- Good verbal and written English
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, social media & email marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google tools & digital advertising
- Good research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, CRM or email platforms preferred

Preferred
- Experience in IT/Software, AI, Data Annotation or BPO/ITES marketing
- International market promotion experience
- LinkedIn lead-generation tools experience
- Basic understanding of AI/ML
- Candidates from Salem or nearby preferred
