Role Description The Marketing Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Haryana, India. This role involves conducting detailed market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activity.

The Marketing

Engineer will translate technical product features into clear marketable benefits, support sales teams with product presentations and demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop campaigns and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include analyzing product performance, preparing reports and dashboards,



coordinating with production and R&D; teams on product enhancements, and engaging with customers or distributors to gather feedback and support sales efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Market Research.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support business development, product positioning, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards) and reporting.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing industries and familiarity with Indian market dynamics would be beneficial.
