Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong professional who can own both visual design and Webflow-based website development.

This role sits at the intersection of branding, marketing design, UI/UX, and front-end execution. You will design high-quality visual assets and bring them to life on the web using Webflow—ensuring speed, performance, consistency, and polish.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic

Design & Visual Communication

Design marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, presentations, and websitesCreate layouts and visuals for reports, brochures, posters, and brand materialsMaintain strong brand consistency across all digital and offline assetsManage, organize, and evolve SiteRecon’s design asset libraryIterate quickly based on feedback from marketing and leadership

Webflow

Design & Development

Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites in WebflowTranslate Figma or internal design concepts into pixel-accurate Webflow implementationsWork with CMS collections and dynamic contentEnsure cross-browser and cross-device compatibilityMaintain and optimize existing Webflow projects

3.

Custom

Code, Integrations & Performance

Enhance Webflow sites using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScriptEmbed and troubleshoot custom scripts, forms, analytics, CRMs, and automation toolsOptimize images, animations, and assets for quick load timesImplement SEO best practices (metadata, accessibility, performance)Conduct QA testing and fix bugs before deployment

- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teamsProactively suggest improvements to site UX, workflows, and visual storytellingStay up to date with Webflow features, design trends, and best practices

Required Skills &

Qualifications





1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design Webflow Development

Strong portfolio showcasing

Visual design work (branding, marketing creatives, layouts)Live Webflow websites

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)FigmaWebflowSolid understanding of:Typography, color theory, layout, brandingResponsive design and UI/UX principlesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScriptAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and qualityClear written and verbal communication in English

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Education

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related fieldsRelevant certifications or hands-on experience may substitute formal education
