Job SummaryWe are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and sales team by handling customer communication, inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, enquiry follow-up, and coordination with internal departments. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain proper records and follow up with customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Inbound & Outbound Calls

- Handle incoming customer enquiries and calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers for enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, orders, and other business requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the concerned department.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-up status.

2. Email Handling

- Handle daily incoming and outgoing business emails.
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a skilled manner.
- Forward technical or commercial enquiries to the concerned team.
- Prepare and send quotations, company information, product details, and other documents as instructed.
- Maintain proper email communication records.

3. Customer Enquiry & Follow-up

- Receive and record customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production,



and other departments for enquiry-related information.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery status, and pending requirements.
- Maintain an updated enquiry and follow-up tracker.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

- Assist the marketing and sales team in daily activities.
- Support lead generation and customer database management.
- Maintain records of existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and update their status.
- Assist in preparing reports related to enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.

5. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts teams whenever required.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately to the concerned departments.
- Follow up internally to obtain timely updates for customers.
