Marketing Coordinator – Real Estate

Job Summary

Meghna Realty is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate the company’s marketing activities across its real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities for real estate projects.
- Assist in planning and executing digital, print, outdoor, and project marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, printers, media partners, and vendors.
- Assist in preparing marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, presentations, hoardings, social media creatives, and project materials.
- Coordinate social media content, campaigns, and project updates.
- Support lead-generation campaigns and coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, vendor details, and budgets.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular MIS/reports.
- Ensure all marketing communication is accurate, timely, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
- Assist in organising project launches, events, exhibitions,



channel partner meets, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate approvals and ensure timely execution of marketing requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Solid communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
- Experience coordinating with creative/digital agencies and vendors will be an advantage.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
