Job Responsibility:

Coordinator-Marketing:

· Branches Co-Ordination for Strips, Lancets Etc.

Timely Follow-up and receipt of reports

· Stock of Marketing Materials, dispatch to branches

Making MIS Reports of collated data

· Collecting branch requirements on materials and update to manager

· Maintain Expenses files, invoices, Post etc. for marketing

Create and maintain documents for all the marketing activities

· Submission of bills and follow up for payments from accounts

· Co-ordinate with vendors, media etc. for timely delivery of work

· Working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports

· Ensure credit periods with vendors and process invoices accordingly

· Reporting and on time updates to the Managers
