Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products in the Punjab region.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.

- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns.

- Analyze sales data to optimize product performance and improve customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in pharma marketing or medical sales (MR).

- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
