Melorbis Private Limited is a growing company offering a range of services to its clients. We are building a strong, recognisable brand and a team that takes ownership of its work. We are looking for a creative, organised Marketing & Content Manager to shape how Melorbis is seen and heard in the market.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Marketing & Content Manager, you will lead branding, copywriting and content creation across all our services and manage the founder's social media presence. You will own the brand voice, turn our services into clear and compelling stories, and help build credibility and visibility online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Branding

- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice and messaging across all services and platforms.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines covering tone, style, visuals and messaging.
- Make sure all marketing material, online and offline, reflects the brand.
- Work with the founder and leadership team to position Melorbis and each service in the market.

Copywriting

- Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, service pages, brochures, pitch decks, proposals and company profiles.
- Write ad copy, email campaigns, newsletters, WhatsApp broadcasts and service announcements.
- Craft headlines, taglines, CTAs and brand messaging that suit different audiences.
- Adapt one message into different formats and platforms while keeping the tone consistent.

Content Creation

- Plan and create blogs, articles, case studies, testimonials, infographics, carousels, reel scripts and short-form video content.
- Develop a monthly content calendar for the company and its services.
- Brief and coordinate with designers,



videographers and freelancers to deliver creative assets on time.
- Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, snippets and campaigns.
- Proofread and edit all content for accuracy, tone and grammar.

Founder's Social Media

- Manage the founder's social media profiles (such as LinkedIn, Instagram and X), including planning, creating, scheduling and publishing content.
- Build the founder's personal brand and thought leadership through posts, articles and stories.
- Capture the founder's voice, ideas and experiences and turn them into engaging content.
- Track engagement, reach and follower growth, and use the insights to refine the strategy.

Marketing Support

- Support campaigns, launches, events and cohort promotions with content and communication.
- Handle basic SEO, keyword research and content optimisation to improve reach.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitors and social media best practices.
- Report on content performance to the leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, branding or social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal English (Hindi/Gujarati is a plus).
- Proven ability to write in different tones, from professional to conversational.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts, ideally LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of Canva and scheduling or analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or writing samples that show your work.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience managing a founder's or senior leader's personal brand.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Basic video editing or design skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and drafting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
