Job Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to promote and generate business for our Structural Design, Bank Valuation, and Structural Stability Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new clients for structural design and engineering services.

- Generate leads from building owners, builders, contractors, architects, developers, and institutions.

- Promote bank valuation services and coordinate with clients and bank officials.

- Develop business opportunities for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

- Promote structural stability assessment and certification services for schools, colleges, marriage halls, hotels, hostels, and other public/private buildings.

- Coordinate with clients regarding site inspections,



valuation, structural design, and technical requirements.

- Follow up with prospective clients through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct visits.

- Maintain client information, leads, follow-ups, and business development records.

- Coordinate with the technical team to convert enquiries into projects.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with builders, architects, contractors, banks, and property owners.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
