? We’re Hiring: Growth & Retention Marketing Intern | MBA

We’re looking for an MBA candidate who is curious about Growth, Retention, User Behaviour, Data & Experimentation and wants to work on real business problems.

This is not a typical marketing internship where you only execute campaigns.

You will work on our existing user base to identify opportunities, build hypotheses, run experiments and figure out what actually works.

What You’ll Work On

? Segment users based on behaviour, activity, transactions & lifecycle

? Identify growth, engagement & retention opportunities

? Analyse user data and identify behavioural patterns

? Build campaign hypotheses and journeys

? Run quick experiments across CRM, WhatsApp, Push, In-app and other channels

? A/B test audience segments, messaging, timing and campaign journeys

? Measure campaign performance and business impact

? Identify what is working and what is not

? Scale successful experiments and modify/stop unsuccessful ones

? Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data & Operations teams

Candidate Profile

? MBA/Engineering – preferably Marketing, Strategy, Analytics or related fields

Required Skills

? Strong Excel skills

? SQL – ability to query and analyse user-level data

? Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset





? Curiosity to understand why users behave differently

? Ability to convert data into actionable insights

⚡ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and running quick experiments

?️ Strong communication and presentation skills

? Ownership mindset

Prior exposure to Growth Marketing, CRM, Product Marketing, Analytics or A/B Testing will be an advantage.

Internship Details

? Duration: 6 months

? Paid, Full-time Internship

? Work from Office

? Location: Mumbai - Andheri East

? Potential Full time Opportunity: Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time role.
