Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern will support day-to-day activities that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and partnerships for Mastering Up. This contract role is hybrid, based in Alangulam, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping design and execute marketing campaigns, and supporting outreach to potential partners, institutions,



and learners.

The intern will help prepare presentations and sales materials, respond to inquiries, and contribute to customer engagement efforts across digital channels. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, compiling reports, and suggesting improvements to marketing and business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, target audiences, and competitor offerings.
- Foundational Sales skills to support outreach, lead generation, and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Understanding of Marketing Strategy to assist in planning and executing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Interest in EduTech, career development, or digital learning platforms.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
