About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Business Analyst / Solution Consultant with solid expertise in Manufacturing Processes, MES, Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing.

The role will bridge the gap between Manufacturing Business Teams, Customers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Technology Teams to translate real-world manufacturing challenges into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and map end-to-end manufacturing & shopfloor processes.
- Conduct business discovery, requirement gathering and process analysis.
- Identify manufacturing pain points and digital transformation opportunities.
- Define AS-IS / TO-BE processes, use cases, workflows, business rules and KPIs.
- Convert business requirements into functional requirements and solution designs.
- Work with architects and technology teams on MES, IIoT, OEE, Quality, Maintenance and Manufacturing Analytics solutions.
- Support UAT, implementation, deployment and solution adoption.
- Participate in customer workshops, plant visits, presales and solution discussions.
- Identify reusable Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing use cases.
