1. Position: Manual CNC Programmer – CNC Turning

Openings: 3 Nos.

Shift: 3 Rotational Shifts

Joining: Immediate preferred / Within 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, edit and optimize manual CNC programs at the machine control panel.
- Develop and execute programs using G & M Codes for CNC Turning machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
- Perform tool selection, tool offset setting and program prove-out.
- Support CNC operators during machine setup and production runs.
- Ensure first-piece inspection and approval before regular production.
- Monitor machining processes and maintain required quality standards.
- Follow all safety, quality and production procedures.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues independently.
- Handle multiple production jobs efficiently according to priorities.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong hands-on experience in Manual CNC Programming.
- Experience with Fanuc / Siemens controls; Fanuc preferred.
- Good understanding of CNC Turning and machining processes.
- Knowledge of cutting parameters, tooling and machining practices.
- Good knowledge of GD&T; and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs.

Qualification

- Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- ITI candidates with relevant Manual CNC Programming experience may also be considered.

Important Industry Requirement





This is a Valve Manufacturing & Fasteners – Production role.

Candidates must be comfortable working in both Tool Room and Production activities.

Only candidates with hands-on experience and willingness to handle both Tool Room and Production work should proceed for the interview process.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare, edit and optimize manual programs for VMC machines at the control panel.

Develop and execute programs using G & M Codes for VMC operations.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.

Perform tool selection, tool offset setting and program prove-out.

Support VMC operators during machine setup and production runs.

Ensure first-piece inspection approval and maintain process control.

Monitor machining processes and ensure production targets are achieved.

Maintain required quality, safety and production standards.

Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues independently.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong hands-on experience in Manual VMC Programming.





Experience with HARCO / WINMAX / FANUC controls is preferred.

Good knowledge of milling operations and cutting parameters.

Sound knowledge of GD&T; and measuring instruments.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Valuable knowledge of tool selection, offsets and machining processes.

Ability to handle multiple jobs independently.

Qualification

Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering preferred.

ITI candidates with relevant Manual VMC Programming experience may also be considered.
