- Identify and develop opportunities across industrial and infrastructure projects.

- Build relationships with owners, consultants, PMCs, architects, and EPCs.
- Influence projects during the pre-tender and design stages.
- Generate and qualify leads through market intelligence and networking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into orders.
- Develop key accounts and drive repeat business.
- Track market trends, competition, and project pipelines.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:





- 5-12 years of experience in business development or project sales.
- Engineering canidates preferred.
- Exposure to construction materials, structural steel, PEB, or related sectors.
- Strong network across consultants, PMCs, EPCs, and developers.
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles.
