About the Role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager with 8-12 years of experience, including 4-5+ years in US Insurance accounting,



to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, client service delivery, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and insurance accounting standards.
- Oversee insurance accounting processes including premiums, claims, reserves, and reinsurance transactions.
- Support regulatory/statutory reporting, audits, and SOX compliance.
- Lead and develop finance teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
