Role Description The Manager Training HCC is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading training initiatives related to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) and associated processes. This role oversees the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for operational teams, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling training sessions, developing and updating training materials, monitoring training effectiveness, and providing coaching and feedback to team members.

The Manager

Training HCC will collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify skill gaps, implement targeted training interventions, and support new hire onboarding. This role also involves supervising training staff, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance management, and the ability to mentor and coach training staff.
- Excellent communication skills,



with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in training and development, including designing, delivering, and evaluating structured training programs.
- Hands-on experience in training delivery, workshop facilitation, and creating training content tailored to HCC or healthcare operations.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or clinical documentation/improvement is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in using MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and presentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Healthcare Management, Business, or Education) or equivalent professional experience in training management.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace.
