We are looking for a strategic, research-driven ABM professional who can identify the right accounts, uncover relevant business signals, develop account-specific strategies, and execute personalized multichannel outreach.
This is an end-to-end ownership role, from account intelligence to qualified executive conversations. You should be equally comfortable building a strategy and executing it yourself.
You will be working closely with the Enterprise Account Executive and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities

- Buying Signals: Identify triggers such as CFO appointments, acquisitions, billing migration, finance transformation, pricing changes, margin pressure, audit challenges, revenue recognition (ASC 606) issues, IPO or SOX readiness, private equity ownership changes, and ERP or billing platform changes. Translate these into timely engagement opportunities.

- Multichannel Outreach: Execute personalized campaigns across email, LinkedIn, InMail, phone, executive outreach, events, and other relevant channels. Own the strategy, sequencing, follow-ups, and engagement quality.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to create relevant content, executive briefs, business cases, and personalized outreach assets.
- Technology & Analytics: Leverage tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot,
and Instantly for research, enrichment, automation, execution, and performance tracking.
- Pipeline Generation: Own account engagement, qualified meetings, and pipeline creation. Continuously optimize targeting, signals, messaging, and channels based on results.
- Meeting Qualification: Book meetings, against agreed qualification criteria (right persona, confirmed trigger or pain, explicit next step). Measure success on meetings held and accepted by the AE, not meetings booked.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of B2B marketing, ABM, or strategic outbound experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience targeting US enterprises and engaging Director, VP, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Strong business research skills and the ability to connect company developments with potential buying needs.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing multichannel ABM campaigns.
- Excellent business writing, personalization, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM, sales intelligence, enrichment, and outreach automation tools.
- Familiarity with CFO-focused solutions, financial technology, subscription billing, revenue recognition, revenue assurance, or quote-to-cash processes is a strong advantage.
- A measurable track record: meetings booked with Director and above buyers, pipeline sourced, and conversion rates, Candidates should bring specific examples.
- Comfortable cold calling US finance executives and running live conversations, not only written outreach.
- Able to work US Pacific Time for live calls, AE syncs, and time sensitive follow up.
What Success Looks Like You build a repeatable, signal-driven ABM engine that consistently identifies high-potential accounts, engages the right executives, and generates qualified conversations and pipeline.
If you enjoy connecting business intelligence with creative outreach and taking complete ownership of outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
