DB Power Ltd. (A Dainik Bhaskar Group Co.) is building a scalable Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) renewable energy platform with an initial target of approximately 1 GW of renewable energy capacity over the next two years, comprising:
- 750 MW Solar
- 250 MW Wind
- 750 MWh BESS
The platform will focus on serving A+ credit-rated C&I; customers, through direct origination as well as channel partners. The initial project footprint will cover Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, primarily through the STU transmission network. Currently we're hiring Finance and Account professionals with 5 - 20 years of experience in Finance / Banking / Accounting area for multiple open roles - GM, Sr. Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager etc.
Candidate must have experience in Renewable Energy Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lender documentation and financial information.
- Coordinate with banks for approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain project finance documentation.
- Track conditions precedent and compliance requirements.
- Prepare banking and finance MIS.
- Support financial closure and drawdown activities.
