Role Purpose

Own financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, providing the CFO and leadership team with reliable financial information, insights and forward-looking analysis for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Drive accurate and timely monthly financial closure and managementreporting.

Ensure integrityof P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.

Manage key GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI and other applicablecompliances.

Coordinate statutory,internal and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

Lead the Annual OperatingPlan (AOP), budgetingand rolling forecasts.

Prepare Actual vs Budget vs Forecastanalysis and explain key businessvariances.

Develop profitability and KPI reportingacross Cyfuture's major business verticals.

Build Base / Best / Downsidescenarios for revenue,EBITDA, cash flow and funding requirements.

Develop and maintain integratedfinancial models covering P&L;,



Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, capex and debt.

Support the CFO in fundraising, lender/investor reporting, financial due diligence and valuation analysis.

Prepare Board, Investor and Management MIS.

Partner with business teams to translatefinancial performance into actionable businessinsights.

Ideal Candidate A strong FP&A; / controllership skilled with experience across accounting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, preferably from IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre or other high-growth businesses. The ideal candidate should be analytical, commercially oriented and capable of moving beyond reporting numbers to explaining what the numbers mean for the business.
