Role Description The Manager / Senior Manager – HR Technology will lead and manage HR technology initiatives, with a primary focus on HRIS implementation, optimization, and maintenance. This full-time, on-site role at Baroda House involves overseeing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and integrating HR processes with organizational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HRIS configurations, generating and analyzing HR reports, coordinating with HR and IT teams, and supporting payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes through technology.

The role will also involve developing and updating HR policies in alignment with system capabilities, refining workflows, training HR and business users on HR technology tools,



and driving continuous improvement in HR operations and employee experience. The Manager / Senior Manager will act as a key partner to leadership by providing data-driven insights that support strategic HR decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
- Solid grounding in core Human Resources (HR) functions, with experience in end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret HR data, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with experience aligning system functionalities to policy requirements and statutory compliance.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in managing HR technology projects, stakeholder coordination, and change management in a medium to large organization.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with database concepts and integrations is an advantage.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support diverse teams.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is beneficial.
