Position: Manager – Sales & Business Development (Go To Market)

Key Responsibilities:

This role will be an individual contributor in Sales & Business Development - B2B and B2C in premium gifting for corporates, hospitality & wedding business across Hyderabad & India. This is a Go To Market role where travel within Hyderabad is must.

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
- Identify and build relationships with new clients and business partners
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Handle negotiations, proposals, and business closures
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Business Development - Go To Market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities
- Strategic and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business development
