Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and process safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls.

- Develop and maintain SOPs for safety procedures, emergency response plans, and incident investigation protocols.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as OSHA, EPA, ISO standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs on safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance on process safety matters to production staff and management.
