Lead and manage site-wide EHS and safety systems to ensure a secure workplace for employees, contractors, and visitors. Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, Factory Act provisions, PESO requirements, and company safety standards. Drive work permit systems, safety inspections, audits, training, emergency preparedness, incident investigation, and corrective actions.
Identify and prioritize safety risks and lead risk-reduction, process safety, Responsible Care, and safety excellence initiatives. Lead the safety team, coordinate with Production, Engineering, SCM, and regulatory authorities, and manage safety CAPEX and operational budgets.
