Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end resource allocation and deployment based on skills, availability, project requirements and business priorities.

- Drive demandsupply management, ensuring upcoming project requirements are mapped with available resources.

- Monitor and improve resource utilization and billability.

- Conduct capacity planning and resource forecasting for upcoming business/project requirements.

- Analyze skill gaps and coordinate with hiring, training and internal mobility teams to address resource requirements.

- Maintain visibility of resource availability, upcoming releases, open demands and deployment status.

- Partner with Delivery/Business leaders to understand current and future resource requirements.

- Prepare and present RMG dashboards, MIS and management reports covering
