Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- A master’s/MBA in Marketing can be an advantage, but is not always required.

- Certifications in digital marketing, CRM, referral marketing, or performance marketing are helpful.

Experience

- Typically 3–7 years of experience in marketing, referral/affiliate marketing, growth marketing, partnerships, or customer acquisition.

- Experience designing and managing referral programs and incentive structures.

- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and referral/affiliate platforms.

- Experience tracking KPIs such as referral conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rate, retention, and ROI.

- Strong communication, relationship-management, campaign-planning, and analytical skills.

- Experience managing a marketing team or external partners is beneficial for a managerial role.
