Job position - Senior Manager / Manager / Senior Associates Supply Chain Planning _ Advisory _ Pan India (Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore Preferred)

Responsibilities

- Lead business transformation programs for top PwC clients across Integrated end to end Planning Transformation — from strategy definition and operating model design through technology-enabled execution.
- Drive design and delivery of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP;, and inventory optimization solutions tailored to client-specific industry needs
- Own end-to-end program management of Domestic / global supply chain solution implementations — managing scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery risk
- Translate client business requirements into functional design, solution blueprints, and future-state process maps, working closely with technical teams to ensure solution configuration aligns with business objectives
- Bring a strong functional perspective to stakeholder discussions, benchmarking client capabilities against leading industry practices when shaping solutions and recommendations
- Lead high-performing cross functional project teams - functional and technical
- Drive proactive client management — engaging client leadership, working teams, and cross-functional stakeholders; lead program workshops, review meetings,



and steer committee discussions
- Support pursuit and proposal development, contributing techno-functional expertise to shape winning solutions for prospective clients
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all client and internal interactions
- Drive Value creation through key planning metrics like Forecast accuracy, OTIF / OTD, Capacity utilization, Inventory optimization and SCM Cost reduction

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in program managing technology solution implementations such as SAP IBP/ APO, O9, Kinaxis or similar solution.

Preferred Skills -

- Experience working in the Consulting Industry
- Exposure to supply chain planning or operations roles
- Robust client handling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships

Strong capability to create excel based algorithms for specific solutions in planning space for clients (e.g. Inventory Optimizer / Forecasting algos) Experience - 4 to 14 years
