– Manager – Program Finance Location: Kolkata Experience: 8–15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Manager – Program Finance will be responsible for financial management, grant operations, compliance, budgeting, and financial review across programs and partner organizations in the development and social impact sector.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct financial due diligence of prospective and existing NGO partners.

- Review accounting systems, internal controls, governance structures, and financial management practices.
- Assess compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, CSR, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Review grant budgets, financial reports, supporting documents, and fund utilization.
- Ensure timely and compliant disbursement of grant funds.
- Manage the financial aspects of grants from onboarding through closure.
- Coordinate with program, accounts, legal, audit, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support partner NGOs in strengthening accounting systems and financial processes.
- Prepare financial due diligence and review reports.
- Address finance and compliance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate grant records and update financial information in the grant management system.




- Travel to field locations and partner organizations as required. Qualification &

Experience - MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA or equivalent.

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in NGO Finance, Grant Management, Program Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with NGOs, foundations, non-profit organizations, or development-sector institutions preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
