We are looking for an experienced Production professional with 10-15 years of experience in Tapes, Adhesives, or Coating manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production activities and optimize Man, Machine, Method & Material utilization.
- Ensure safety, quality, productivity, timely order execution, and inventory control.
- Lead the production team and drive KPI achievement and team development.
- Monitor yields, productivity, quality, and operating expenses.
- Drive Kaizen and low-cost automation initiatives for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with R&D; for current product development and process improvement.
- Handle internal and external audits and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
- Develop team skills and build a high-performance production team.
- Coordinate with Planning and Sales teams for plan vs. actual dispatches.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Tapes, Adhesives, or Coating production.
- SAP experience and knowledge of working in an SAP environment will be an added advantage.
