Primary Responsibility: Developing institutional relationships, partnerships, programming, and community engagement across Chanakya, Chanakya School of Craft, and Chorus, with a focus on the cultural, educational, art, craft, and fashion ecosystems.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Institutional Relations & Partnerships: Develop and manage conversations with cultural and educational institutions, museums, foundations, and key partners across craft, fashion, and art. Identify opportunities for collaboration and build long-term relationships.
- Programming, Events & Community Engagement: Develop and execute programmes, events, outreach initiatives, and community-building strategies across Chanakya, Chanakya School of Craft, and Chorus. This includes proposals for engaging current and existing communities through educational, cultural, and retail activations.
- CRM & Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust institutional CRM encompassing key cultural stakeholders.



Establish systems for relationship & project tracking, segmentation, outreach, and reporting to support sustained institutional engagement.
- Strategic Proposals & Narratives: Develop partnership proposals, programme concepts, institutional presentations, and supporting narratives for collaborations, strengthening presence and ensuring alignment with Chanakya’s cultural ethos.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with programming, communications, retail, café, education, and other internal teams to develop cohesive partnerships and programmes and support effective on-ground execution.
- External Representation: Represent Chanakya, Chanakya School of Craft, and Chorus at art fairs, exhibitions, institutional events, and cultural platforms.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
