SOLIZE PARTNERS India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of SOLIZE Group, is establishing a new

Automotive Product Development Group with an initial focus on Two-Wheeler

Technologies. This group will provide product development support to Japanese and other global manufacturing companies.

Qualification and requirement

- Masters/Bachelor of Engineering degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field).
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Automotive product development.
- Over 5 years of experience in working on 2-Wheeler design and development
- About 5 years of experience in Project and Team management
- In-depth knowledge of CATIA V5 software for 3D design modelling and 2D drafting.
- Robust understanding of design principles, layout design, engineering calculations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal,



and presentation skills.
- Effective project and people management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex engineering projects and teams.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all aspects of two-wheeler product development projects, from concept to completion at customer location.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines,

budgets, and quality standards.
- Possess strong expertise in designing and developing motorcycle body, exterior,

seating, and lighting components using CATIA software.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of materials like Plastic, steel, aluminium, rubber,

etc., and their applications in the automotive industry.
- Apply knowledge of design and engineering calculations to solve technical challenges.
- Interpret results and propose solutions based on CAE structural analysis.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant vehicle regulations and evaluation methods.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers across domains, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the customer, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
