Job Title: - Manager - SCM (Procurement & Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities:

- Centralized Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
- Service Contract Management
- Warehousing, Inventory Management & Logistics
- SAP B1 Implementation & Systems Integration
- Change / Transition Management
- Process Improvement & SOP Optimization
- Vendor Ledger Reconciliation & Financial Alignment
- Internal & External Audit Management
- Master Data Management & Reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

- Post Graduate degree (MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations) preferred.
- High proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation, procurement, and inventory modules is required.
- Minimum 6-7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management. Proven track record of participating in ERP implementations or major process transformation projects.
- Proven leadership, stake holding, cross-departmental coordination, vendor negotiation, and change management capability.
